Working in partnership with you from the day you first contact us to long after the event, we will work with you to ensure your event is not only successful but the organisation of it is seamless.

• We will draw up a brief with you detailing dates, delegate numbers, location, room set-up and style.
• We will establish all your catering needs, providing teas, coffees, breakfast and buffet lunches to suit most dietary requirements.
• We will advise on and supply any IT and room equipment you require to deliver a first class presentation.
• We will organise maps for your guests and arrange for the collection and delivery of your equipment as well as, of course, its safe return.
• All your requirements will be written up and sent to you, along with our terms and conditions, for your perusal and confirmation.
• When you are completely satisfied, relax knowing you are in safe hands and we will help you ensure your event is a success.
