For many training managers, it can be a challenge to find a high quality, cost-effective and timely training solution to equip their new recruits for the demands of their business. For businesses recruiting a small number of graduates, or a number of graduates with very different training needs, a full internal training programme may just not be viable.
From 2008, we’re scheduling courses for the peak graduate season specifically with these needs in mind. We’ve scheduled public sessions for the courses which are most popular for graduate programmes in a logical progression, so you can select a sequence of those courses which are most appropriate to your new recruits. By booking them onto our public programme, you know they will get the same high quality, up to date industry-focused training as if they were attending a bespoke in-house programme, but with a much lighter administrative burden for the training manager.
If you book 15 days of training for your graduates from the courses listed on the attached flyer, we will give you a 5% discount on the prices listed. If you’re already a member of the BPP membership scheme then this discount is available in addition to the 20% discount on published prices that you already receive. If you are also enrolling the same delegates on exam-based courses then we will also give you a discount of 5% on the price of these courses – making this programme excellent value for money.
You can find out more about graduate training for firms with smaller graduate intakes by downloading the flyer from our website.
