Study material FAQs

• How and when will I receive my study material?
  Subject to availability, your study material, booking confirmation letter and BPP Online Learning™ registration details (where relevant) will be despatched to you by courier with 48 hours of us receiving your booking.

• How long does it take to get my study material after I have booked onto my course?
  Material delivery usually takes 2-4 working days to UK mainland addresses. A signature is required on delivery of all study material so there must be someone there to sign for it between 8am and 5pm.
  
  If your material is to be dispatched outside of the UK mainland, you will be charged additional courier costs and it can take up to 7 working day. For the cost of delivery outside the UK mainland, please call our Client Services team on +44 (0)20 7786 5999 or email financialservices@bpp.com

• What other delivery options are there?
  You can collect your study material from our London Wall offices between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

• What study material will I receive?
  Visit the training and support section for each individual product for full details on the features and components of our unique study material.

• Are there tests that I can do online that will get marked?
  Randomised online mock exams are also available on BPP Online Learning™ for some of our courses. They can be completed, marked and saved online with immediate answer explanations and instant feedback on your progress.

• Can I view the study material before buying it and/or booking on my course?
  We would be delighted to show you our study material in person, so feel free to visit us at our London Wall offices between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
  
  

• Is your study material comprehensive or will I need to buy additional books?
  All our study material is comprehensive and self-supporting, providing you with everything you need to pass your exam first time. There is no need to purchase any additional books or material.
  
  NB. CFA Level I delegates will need to purchase Standards of Practice handbook from the CFA Institute.  Please visit the CFA Institute website for more details www.cfainstitute.org

• How often is your study material updated?
  Whenever there is a syllabus or regulatory change or information that we feel is of use to you, we will send you an update via email; alternatively you can access the updates via your BPP Online Learning™ account. If for any reason you delay your exam date or are unsuccessful in your exam, you need to let us know and we will ensure you receive any relevant updates until your revised exam date.
