Corporate Finance Qualification

For the SII Certificate in Corporate Finance, you must register for your examination directly with the Securities & Investment Institute (SII). Enrolling on a Certificate stage course does not mean you are registered for your exam with the SII.

If you enrol on a classroom-based course BPP will handle your exam registration for you (fee included – see page 3)*. If you enrol on a distance learning course you will need to register directly with the ICAEW for the exam (details below).

A copy of the syllabus is included in your study materials.

Holders of an FSSC appropriate examination (e.g. the ACA qualification) will be granted full credit against this stage and may proceed to the Diploma stage.

For a limited time period, holders of the SII Diploma with passes in Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis and Interpretation of Financial Statements will be granted full credit against this stage and may proceed to the Advanced Diploma stage. The Diploma in Corporate Finance counts towards one of the three papers needed to pass the SII Diploma.
