Course booking FAQs

  • How can I book a training course?
You can book onto any of our courses via our website, email, telephone, fax, post or in person at our offices.

  • Where can I get a booking form?
You can download a booking form from our website, or complete and return the one at the back of any of our brochures. Don't forget you can also just as easily book online.

  • What is the deadline to book onto a course?
There is no official deadline for course bookings but, to secure your place on your chosen date or dates, we recommend you book as early as possible.

  • How and when will I receive written confirmation of my booking and my study materials?
Subject to availability, we will dispatch your study materials, booking confirmation letter and BPP Online Learning™ registration details (where relevant) by courier within 48 hours of receiving your booking. Material delivery usually takes 2-4 working days to UK mainland addresses. A signature is required on delivery so there must be someone there to sign for it between 7am and 5pm.

If your material is to be dispatched outside the UK mainland, you will be charged additional courier costs and it can take up to 7 working days to arrive. For the cost of delivery outside the UK mainland, please call our Course Booking Team on +44 (0)20 7786 5999 or email financialservices@bpp.com

  • Once I have booked my course, can I transfer to a different date if I cannot attend?
You can transfer from one course to another free of charge. However, there are several factors that must be taken into account and there may be an administrative fee of £25.00 + VAT. We recommend that you contact our Course Booking Team in advance to transfer your course date.
