Revision phase (application)

By the time you reach this phase you will have grasped a thorough understanding of the key subject areas and will be ready to apply some of your knowledge. The revision phase pays particular attention to focused exam preparation and improving your exam technique. This is important because one of the main reasons why so many candidates struggle to get through the exam is their lack of exam technique. Our tutors will provide you with an overview of key points followed by question practice to assist you in preparing for the exam. Step by step our tutors will show you how to apply your knowledge and answer questions to gain maximum marks and achieve success.

Structure: 0900–1700

Level I: 3 consecutive weekdays, Day Release Fridays or Saturdays
Level II: 3 consecutive weekdays or Saturdays
Level III: 3 consecutive weekdays

Our revision phase is designed to help you:

  • strengthen your knowledge of key curriculum areas
  • focus your studies on the subject areas you feel are your weakest
  • reinforce your exam technique with question practice and analysis

Mock exams (practice)

Our mock exams will follow on from the revision phase and are fantastic for testing your knowledge and applying what you have learned in a controlled environment. You will have a 3 hour mock to sit, which can be taken at BPP’s training centre or attempted at home. Level I and II mock exams have multiple choice questions and Level III has essay questions that will be marked by our tutors, so you will know exactly how you’ve done and where you need to improve before the real thing.

Our mock exams are designed to:

  • build self confidence
  • test your understanding of key subject areas
  • perfect your exam technique so you will know exactly what to expect in the exam

Your tutor will review the exam with you to ensure that you build on your strengths and learn from your mistakes.
