The June 2008 CFA Examinations will be held on Saturday 7th June 2008. Please contact the CFA Institute for details of the 2008 test centres in Europe. You must enrol onto the CFA Program and register for your CFA examinations directly with the CFA Institute in the USA. You can do this by visiting the CFA Institute website

What do the exams involve and when do they take place?

Entrants must pass three levels of examinations sequentially.  Candidates face 6 hours of examination, broken down into two 3 hour sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Level I exams take place twice a year: June & December

Level II & III exams take place once a year: June

Registration and enrolment deadlines

CFA Institute has a sliding scale fee structure based on the registration and enrolment deadlines detailed above. For further registration and enrolment details relating to the June 2008 sitting, please refer to the CFA Institute’s website.

• You pay an initial enrolment fee upon entering the CFA Program
• You are also required to pay registration fee for each examination
• New registrants pay both the registration and enrolment fees
• Returning candidates pay only the registration fee
• If you are registering for an examination, you may not register in a subsequent examination until your results are released
